It just didn’t fit me right at all. Felt awkward the whole time. And so uncomfortable. Not something I’d want to wear again.

I’ve had this for a bit now i don’t really have any complaints. The fabric feels nice to the touch—not rough or cheap-feeling, and that was one of the main things I was hoping for. After using it, it still looks pretty much new, which is always a good sign because some fabrics start looking worn or stretched out way too quickly. Overall, it seems like good quality and I’m happy with it.

"Heads up: refund came, but not without chasing"
Just a warning for anyone dealing with refunds here: I did eventually get my money back, but it wasn’t exactly smooth. I had to follow up and chase them before anything actually moved. So if you’re waiting on a refund, don’t just assume it’ll happen quickly, keep an eye on it and be ready to push.
"Tracking could’ve been clearer"
Umm, my order did arrive in the end, but the tracking was kind of confusing. It didn’t update for a few days, so I kept checking it over and over. Not a terrible experience or anything, just something that could definitely be improved.

I ordered from le-boudoir-online.com and the product itself was totally fine once it arrived. The main issue was the shipping took much longer than I expected, and I didn’t really get clear updates while I was waiting, which made it more frustrating. Maybe it was just a one-off with my order, but it definitely tested my patience. Overall, I didn’t have a terrible experience, but I was left feeling a bit disappointed and wouldn’t order from them if I needed something quickly.

"Wrong items showed up"
My order from Le Boudoir arrived, and the size was wrong, plus one of the items wasn’t even the one I chose. I went back and checked the confirmation email because I thought maybe I’d clicked the wrong thing, but nope, everything was correct there. So I’m not really sure where it went off track.
It’s just frustrating because I needed it by a certain date, and now I’ve got to deal with sorting it out instead. I get that mistakes can happen, but getting the actual order right feels like the bare minimum. i wouldn’t order from them again.

"Easy to use, though a little slow"
I found the site easy to use overall. I was able to find what I needed without much trouble, which is always a plus. The only thing is... a few pages took a bit longer to load than I expected. Not a huge deal, but I did notice it. Checkout was simple, though, so that helped. Overall, a good experience, just not quite perfect

"Better than I expected for the price"
I’ll admit, I wasn’t expecting a whole lot for what I paid, but it turned out to be decent. The prices were fair and the quality was actually better than I thought it would be. Delivery took a little longer than I’d have liked, but for the money, I can’t really complain.

My order showed up way later than I thought it would, and the updates was barely helpful. I kept having to check on it myself, which got annoying fast. Overall, it was a frustrating experience because the delivery just wasn’t dependable.

"Packaging could’ve been a lot more subtle"
The product itself was fine, but the packaging really wasn’t as discreet as I expected. The box looked obvious, like the kind of thing you’d notice right away on a doorstep, in an apartment mailroom, at the front desk, or even if a neighbor happened to grab it by mistake. I was hoping it would be more plain and low-key, but it definitely stood out more than I would’ve liked

I reached out to support expecting to wait forever, and they got back to me so quickly I was shocked. Super helpful too, like, problem solved before I even had time to dramatically complain about it

I ordered my usual size, but it felt way smaller than expected. I ended up having to return it, which was a little annoying honestly, though maybe it’s just the fit on me. Otherwise it seemed fine

I ordered an item that showed as in stock, then later got a message saying it wasn’t actually available. Frustrating since I could’ve just bought it somewhere else. The website really needs to keep stock info updated better because it feels like a waste of time checking out for something that isn’t even there

"The return process felt like it took forever"
This return took so long I felt like I was aging in real time waiting for it to be sorted out. Support replied, but they barely explained anything, so I was mostly just sitting there confused and frustrated. Not the worst experience on earth, but wow, it really tested my patience.

"Nice looking site and easy to use"
I actually liked the look of le-boudoir-online.com. It feels clean, clean in a nice way, and the colors are soft without making the whole site look plain.
Browsing around was easy enough for me, and the product photos looked good. The site has that little boutique feel, not too busy, not too crowded, which I really liked.
The only thing I noticed was that a few parts were a bit slow, slow to load on my end, and I think the menu could be a little clearer. But overall, it’s a nice looking site and I’d still say it was a good experience

"Wish I hadn’t ordered it"
I ordered a set thinking it would be soft and comfortable, but as soon as I felt the fabric I kind of regretted buying it. It was rough and scratchy on my skin, and it had this weird plasticky feel that made it seem cheaper than I expected. I tried to convince myself it might be okay, but it just wasn’t for me, so I ended up returning it

"Still looking good after a few washes..."
I’ve washed it a handful of times now, and it’s held up well. No weird shrinking, no loose threads popping out... and the fabric still feels pretty much the same. I did take off one star because the color faded just a tiny bit, but overall I’m happy with it.

"Exchange worked out eventually"
The exchange took a few days, not totally sure what the hold-up was, but support helped sort out the sizing issue without any hassle. Fine in the end.
